Because JussJai creations are handmade and many are one-of-a-kind, all sales are generally final.

Returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact JussJai within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

If a return is approved, instructions will be provided. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Exchanges are not accepted.
